Open ID Server success

So I managed to get a working consumer and provider running with the C# Open ID implementation. I was even able to go through some of the popular consumers such as LiveJournal and Zooomr to test - and it worked. Very, very cool. Updated some bugs (by proxy) and things are looking good.
